ABOUT MHOR BREAD

Mhor Bread is on a site that’s been a bakery for over 100 years. We – the Lewises, owners of Monachyle Mhor hotel in Balquhidder – bought it in 2007. We make traditional handmade bread every day, and aim to keep things simple, using only Scottish-milled flour, water, and salt, plus a slow 48 hour fermentation process for our sourdough.

Our bakers love the fresh air and can often be seen at events, markets and shows, selling fresh bread, cakes, and more. Check back often for something on near you.
